Wire the Funds

To secure your investment, simply transfer the funds via wire transfer or ACH to Shah Investment Firm’s secure account within five business days of e-signing your plan. We’ll send an email confirmation once your investment is live.

Disbursements

Shah Investment Firm will send the investor distributions within 30 days after the property has sold. The funds will be sent via wire transfer. Our team will confirm you wire transfer information prior to sending the funds. After receiving your funds, you have the option to reinvest them in another property to continue growing your wealth.
